Update the parser for the most recent expansion patch. (and I once again messed up and deleted the changelog data... go me!)

Small facelift
I did some changes to the layout, mainly I changed the spell icons to look more like the actual spell gems in game including the proper background color. Previously the spell icon would have blue or red background if they were beneficial or detrimental respectively. Now, the background colors match the target type, i.e. yellow for self only spells, purple of group spells, etc.
To keep the information about beneficial/detrimental visible I changed the color of the text links to reflect the respective type. If you find any errors or bugs with the new icons/links or have some suggestions on how to improve the site, please let me know.
